Star of “Sister Wives” Meri Brown opened up about overcoming the tough seasons of life she’s been through in the last few months.
The reality TV star came clean Thursday in an Instagram post that showed him standing outside with his hands on his hips while wearing a t-shirt with the word “Brave” on it.
“Ever had those days, those weeks, those months, when things just kept HAPPENING? No matter how much you work, how much you push, how much you try, something else emerges. Sometimes it’s just life,” the 50-year-old shared in the lengthy caption.
“Sometimes you have to learn something. Sometimes you are completely manipulated and you know it. Dont worry. Power position ON!” he added.

Brown, who is one of Kody Brown’s four wives, went on to share an inspiring message about discovering where and with whom she was.
“I DARE, I AM STRONG, I DARE, and I WILL do this! I will find MY tribe, people who will STAND with me and not push me. THEY are important people,” he concluded.
Brown’s post did not elaborate on what issues are currently weighing him down. However, her statement comes nearly five months after she admitted that her plural marriage to Kody was “dead”.
“The relationship between him and me, is gone. Is dead. It’s over,” she said in a trailer for the February episode of “Sister Wives.”

In March, Meri informed people magazine that her relationship with Kody, 52, has changed over the past decade since the reality TV series TLC aired and that she is committed to addressing their issues.
“I think all relationships, you know, have issues they have to work through,” explains Brown. “And I think that’s just kind of where we are right now. For me personally, I’m not one to give up.”

“I’m just going to keep doing it, you know?” he continued. “The ebb and flow in relationships… I think that’s normal.”
In the series, Kody admits that she only sees Brown “once in a blue moon.”
Also in March, Brown revealed that his mother, Bonnie Ahlstrom, had died at the age of 76.

“Mom, I love you beyond words I can put into words here, but I know you know it. You are loved, you are missed, and I know you are so happy celebrating on the other side with dad, hugging your daughter and son who left us too soon, reuniting with your parents, and getting to know your dad.
