Princess Diana’s twin nieces, Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza Spencer, said they wished they had had more time with their late aunt in their first interview since moving to London from South Africa.

The twins, 29, who are daughters of Diana’s sister Earl Spencer, 57, spoke to HELLO! about their plans to ’embrace all that London has to offer’ as they both move from the capital for the first time.

Revealing that they both hold Diana’s ‘precious memories’ close to their hearts, Eliza told the magazine: “Unfortunately we were very young when he died, we were only five years old.”
